Class  descriptions

Personal Training
Individual training sessions are available Monday through Friday, and Saturday. Training is individualized and specific to each client's needs. Partner training is also an option. Sessions can be scheduled between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Reformer Sessions
Now offering 30 minute one-on-one Pilates sessions on the Reformer.

Pilates
This 55 minute mat class will let you experience the work of Joseph Pilate. You will learn to identify and train the core muscles, increase flexibility and strength, and become more defined.

Barre
This 55 minute class will leave you feeling long and lean. Movements are executed with the aide of a ballet barre, resistance equipment, and exercises on the floor. Come and experience this new wave of exercise.
